• The machine has a new microphone.

• Replacing a faulty track-pad, now new is easier than ever.

As announced in the opening keynote of WWDC 2012, the Mountain Lion OS X will be released on Mac App Store in July for US $20.

Today, the giant ecommerce finally ended with the new application now Available in App Store the Amazon Cloud Player which is developed and designed for iPhones / iPod touches.

The app’s interface is quite straight forward, you can access your account where you can view all available songs in the cloud and also play them at wish, while streaming or downloading them locally to make them available offline. You can also create playlists and run the app in the background, and also send the audio via Bluetooth.

The Amazon Cloud Player requires runs properly on iOS 4.3 or higher and does not cost anything in the U.S. App Store [size 3.6 MB]. It is only a pity that the service remains limited to U.S. consumers – 5GB are free, and for above you have to spend US $20 for annual 20GB.

“With only a week to go before WWDC 2012 and the surprises Apple will announce there, today seems like a good time to release updates to our suite of free software to include the rocky-racoon jailbreak and untether developed by @pod2g and @planetbeing!”

Also MuscleNerd explain few more things,

“The underlying untethered jailbreak (rocky-racoon) is identical to what is already installed by last week’s tools like Absinthe, cinject-0.5.3, and the rocky-racoon Cydia package — only the injection method offered by the above tools differs,”

“If you unlock your iPhone with ultrasn0w or a commercial method, you must use PwnageTool to avoid updating your baseband otherwise you’ll lose the unlock,”

“PwnageTool will also jailbreak+untether the AppleTV2,1 5.0_2B206f (unless you customize the IPSW further, you’ll have just basic SSH access to the device),”

Switchy expands the task switcher to include two rows of icons. It adds Artist and Album information to the Now Playing area, bringing it together with not only more information but also by adding a volume slider to the same area.

Well this is great news that pod2g has finally managed to work this jailbreak off on all the Apple iOS devices to this date. Not all Apple TV 3rd-Generation user will have to wait some time more.

Pod2g in his blog entry confirmed this yesterday,

“As I said earlier in twitter, there’s still a lot to do to have a user friendly and well tested tool to install the jailbreak on end users devices. Expect a release in a couple of weeks,”

Explaining the reason behind this much delay pod2g said that there are 16 different Apple devices, to work on and and test properly. This new jailbreak will be compatible with all Apple iPhone models, iPad models and iPod Touch players, more than this all iOS versions up to 5.1.1 and maybe (perhaps) beyond, all depends upon if Apple doesn’t patch-up the vulnerabilities in the interim.

Reading FAQ on Pod2g’s Blog,

“It will be compatible with any device running iOS 5.1.1 except ATV3 (right now, may change in a near future, nobody knows),”

Lot of users are asking about about if they have any chance to become the beta tester for this untethered jailbreak, pod2g replied to this question, that there is no chance for anyone, pointing out the simple reason of “Security”.

In Pod2g’s own words,

“…sorry [...] Only really trusted people (that can be counted on one hand) could have access to the jailbreak. I don’t want any leak to happen.”

He reinforced his earlier stance on refusing even a million dollars for access.

Q: What if I offer you 1,000,000$?

The hacker concludes his post telling fans “Be patient, it’s gonna happen.”
